These include Google Analytics (to understand site traffic and which pages are helpful), Google Ads (to measure whether our ads lead to a contact form submission), and the Meta Pixel (to measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads). When you arrive from one of our ads, the ad click ID and campaign details may be saved with your contact form submission so we know which ads are working. We do not use information about your child’s emotional, health, or learning needs to target ads.

You can opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We use trusted service providers to run Topy, including Typeform (forms), Google Workspace (email and calendar), Knack (client records), Stripe (payments), and Google Meet and Google Meet (sessions). They may only use your information to provide services to us. We never sell personal information.
