Social Emotional Learning Coach
Hi there, I’m Lauren!
I’m a certified Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Coach, Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Coach, and Family Coach, passionate about helping children grow into confident, emotionally aware individuals. With a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a specialization in children and families, I bring both academic knowledge and hands-on parenting experience as a proud mom of two.
My approach is warm, supportive, and playful, creating a safe, judgment-free space where kids can recognize their feelings, build strong relationships, and learn essential life skills. I use evidence-based strategies and creative techniques tailored to each child’s unique journey.
I truly believe that helping children understand and express their emotions is one of the most powerful gifts we can give them, and I’m honored to walk alongside families in that process.
Hi, I’m Megan!
I graduated with a degree in Psychology from Florida International University and will begin my Master of Social Work program in 2025. My long-term goal is to become a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, and I’m passionate about supporting children and teens as they navigate life’s challenges.
I’m certified in Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and Emotional Intelligence (EQ), and I bring both clinical and research experience to my work. More importantly, I bring heart. I’m dedicated to creating safe, supportive spaces where young people feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their emotions, build meaningful relationships, and grow in confidence.
I’m truly honored to walk alongside families and help guide the next generation toward emotional well-being and resilience.
